About Energy Camp

Eighth graders within TCEC's service territory are eligible to enter to win a four-day trip, May 27-30, 2014, to Canyon Camp outside of Hinton, Oklahoma. At this leadership development camp, students learn about rural electrification while also having fun swimming, hiking and playing volleyball. Contest: Write a letter to the principal of your high school naming specific actions your school should take to become more energy efficient. Includes photos and other exhibits you can come up with to support your reasoning for your school becoming energy smart. Be creative! 

Letter length: 200-350 words

Requirements: Letters must be typed in a professional font, in block style lettering and be from you to your principal. Be sure to sign it!

Deadline: Entries must be at the cooperative by Friday, April 18.
